BIOGRAPHY
Swiss-born and raised artist Roger Reutimann has led a diverse and creative life since childhood. As a multidisciplinary artist, he acquire knowledge and skills within the realms of the arts and popular culture. He earned his master’s degree in sculpture from the University of the Arts in Zurich, alongside a degree from the Zurich Conservatory of Music. Early in his career, Reutimann founded his own design company, creating limited edition collections of hand-crafted light fixtures.
His career expanded when he worked at Art Basel, and he later served as COO of FORUM International Art Fairs, organizing exhibitions in Zurich, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf.
In 2008, Reutimann transitioned to a full-time art career, with recent ventures focusing on public art. His sculpture “Cadillactus” commissioned by the city of Palm Springs, CA has earned him the prestigious CODAworx People’s Choice Award in 2024. His art is featured in public and private collections worldwide, as well as in luxury cruise ships and hotels.
Notable clients of Reutimann’s include Sir Elton John, Emily Blunt, Anderson Cooper, and Sheryl Sandberg, with his sculptures sold at esteemed auctions like Christie’s and Sotheby’s. Roger Reutimann resides and works in Boulder, Colorado.
